Who we are
NeighborSite ("NeighborSite," "we," "us," or "our") builds websites and communication tools for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through neighborsite.net and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It applies to visitors of our website, people who contact us about our services, and our clients. If you interact with a website or messaging system we built and operate on behalf of one of our clients, that client is responsible for their own customer data, and we act as their service provider.

Text messaging & consent
How you consent
You consent to receive text messages from us when you check the consent box on one of our web forms, when you send us a text message first, when you give your phone number to us verbally or in writing and agree to be contacted by text, or when you call a business we serve and do not reach anyone.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
What we send
Messages may include replies to your inquiry, quote and estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, review requests, and account or billing notices.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
Sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never sold, and are never shared with lead brokers, data resellers, or advertising networks.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Inquiry and quote records are typically kept for up to 3 years. Call logs, voicemail recordings, and message history are typically kept for up to 12 months. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely so we can honor your request.
You may request earlier deletion — see Your choices & rights.
