You earned the reviews. Now get every call.
We build professional websites for Central Kansas trades — then set up the automatic texts that catch the calls you can't get to and turn finished jobs into fresh Google reviews.
No website doesn't make you look small. It makes you look closed.
Right now, someone a few miles from your shop is searching Google for exactly what you do. They find you — great rating, real reviews. Then they tap for your website, and there isn't one. So they call whoever has one.
A website gets them to call. Something has to answer.
You're on a roof, under a sink, or running a saw. The phone rings and you can't get to it. By the time you call back, that job belongs to somebody else.
Most callers don't leave a voicemail. They go back to Google and call the next name on the list.
Invoca call dataNot the cheapest. Not the best reviewed. The one that got back to them first.

Ask about thisFor comparison: a typical agency charges $3,000–$8,000 upfront plus hosting. DIY builders cost $20–$40/month plus every evening you'd rather not spend building a website.
One thing we won't hide: on automation plans, text and phone usage is billed to you at cost — usually $10–25/month depending on how busy your line is. We don't mark it up and there's no surprise line item.

Three steps. Zero meetings.
Send your business name and Google listing. We build a sample homepage from your public info and send you a private link. Pass, and we delete it.
Like it? Sign up in two minutes and fill out one short form — your photos, services, and anything you'd change. No phone call required.
We finish the full site, you review it by email, we make your changes, and you're live on your own domain. If you added automation, we set that up next — see the FAQ on timing.
"I build every site myself, from Great Bend. No account managers, no salespeople — when you email about your site, the person who built it answers."
NeighborSite exists because Central Kansas is full of great businesses — 4.8 stars, dozens of reviews, clearly good at what they do — that are invisible the moment a customer wants more than a Google listing. Fixing that shouldn't cost $5,000 or require three meetings. So it doesn't.

Straight answers.
Do I have to get on a phone call or meeting?
No. The entire process — preview, signup, photos, revisions, launch — happens by email or text. If you'd rather talk on the phone, that's fine too, but it's never required.
What's the catch with the free preview?
There isn't one. We build it from your public Google info because showing you is faster than telling you. If you pass, we delete it and won't keep emailing you.
How does the missed-call text actually work?
We set up a business number that rings your phone exactly like it does now. If you pick up, nothing happens — it's just a normal call. If you don't, the caller gets a text from that same number within seconds, written in your words. Anyone who already has your old number can still reach you on it.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. The text-back runs on its own with nothing for you to do. For review requests, you tap one button saved to your phone's home screen when a job is finished. That's the whole job. You get a login if you ever want to look at your leads, but you don't need it.
How long before the texting is live?
Your website goes up in 7 days. Text messaging is slower — US carriers require every business texting number to be registered first, and that approval takes one to three weeks and is genuinely out of our hands. We start it the day you sign up and tell you exactly where it stands.
Can you send review requests only to the happy customers?
No, and we won't do it if you ask. Screening people by how they'd rate you before sending the link violates Google's review policy and the FTC's rules on reviews — it can get your reviews wiped. Everybody gets the same link. Contractors who do good work come out ahead on that math anyway.
Who owns the website and domain?
You own your domain name and all your content — photos, text, logo — from day one. We own the site build while you subscribe. If you ever cancel, you keep the domain and we'll help you move. Nothing is held hostage.
What counts as an included edit?
Content changes: text, photos, hours, prices, adding or removing a service, contact info. Send them by email and they're usually done within one business day. Redesigns, new pages, and new features are quoted separately — we'll always tell you before anything costs extra.
I already have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?
Facebook is great for people who already follow you. But when someone searches Google for your service, a Facebook page ranks poorly, looks less credible, and plenty of searchers don't have an account. Your site links to your Facebook — they work together.
Why monthly instead of one big price?
Because a website isn't a one-time thing — it needs hosting, security, and edits for as long as it's up. One flat monthly price covers all of it while your account is active, and it means we only do well if you stay happy month after month.
See your website before you spend a dollar.
